Carnival Cruise Line doesn't have any cruises scheduled out of Fort Lauderdale. Maybe they will return in the future. They used to offer cruises from this port to the Bahamas, Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean, Southern Caribbean and Transatlantic.
